Vacation Options
The "Vacation Hold" or "Vacation Pause" options are available after 12 months continuous connection to any remote internet plan.
Vacation Hold means that, at your request, we will de-activate your service and charges for a period of up to 6 months per year. Re-activation to your previous plan will incur an activation fee.
Vacation Pause is available as an alternative to Vacation Hold. For a reduced monthly fee your service will pause, your email will remain available via Web mail, and you will be able to resume your full service at no charge.
Alterations, re-configuration or additions can not be performed on a service that is on Vacation Hold or Vacation Pause.
